Metal carports are affordable. When compared to wood, steel carports are extremely cost-effective. The materials are less pricey, and since metal is lighter than wood, lifting it and building the structure takes less time, resulting in less money spent on labor.
Metal carports require minimal (or no) maintenance. Unlike structures made of other materials, steel requires almost no maintenance. Once they’re built, the only thing to worry about is periodically clearing branches and leaves off the roof.

The Ordering Process

Is getting a price quote and we make you a detailed drawing on the building that best suits your needs.

Once you're ready to order, a Contract is written up and signed. Then the Down-Payment is collected.

The signed contract and drawing is sent into the manufacturing office.

They put in the order in their system and call you (Our customers) to confirm your information and placement of the doors and windows (If Purchased). If your area requires permits, they email or mail out the Blueprints.

Then scheduling receives your order and works up a run in your area (as long as the weather permits. / If applicable - once you receive your permit then your order goes to scheduling.)

Scheduling has a date and calls to confirm you are able to take the install date and estimated time frame. The shop starts fabrication of your metal building. (Note: If order is $15,000 or more you will have to pay half of the remaining balance at this time)

Once you have confirmed your site is ready and the date scheduling had informed you on. The crew will go out to install your building or carport. (It is important your site is ready and Level. If the site is too far out of level they may not be able to install it and you'll have to get back in line for installation and pay a restocking fee. Not only that you'll push back the next customer's install due to panels being below your order. Also it is a construction based business so the crew can get ahead of time or back tracked)

Once the installer is done and you are satisfied, you pay the remaining balance and you are set to enjoy your brand new Ideal Metal Building!
